Not everyone, because they're not isolated cultures. People on Earth know Rokk is a sports star and they can get magno-ball on their entertainment module. People on Braal know about Imsk. And so on. To some, they're "foreigners," but the Legion is partly there to break down those barriers.
But it’s said many times that many (most?) of them can use and control their powers to an extent that most of their people can’t. Cos has magnetic powers way beyond most Braalians, Vi can both shrink and grow faster than most from Imsk, etc. That’s all over the book. I fundamentally disagree with
Yeesh. This panel always made me feel horrible for Violet. And with her eyes open I feel like she was aware of so much that went on, not to mention the passage of time. But I love the character she becomes after going thru all this. Legion of Super-Heroes #305 #LongLiveTheLegion
