Eu tive problemas com IP dinâmico porque a JVM resolvia os nomes 1 vez e, por padrão, mantinha o cache eternamente... Daí quando o IP do destino mudava tomava erro de conectividade... Na época foi bem complicado encontrar como mudar essa configuração...

Não sei como está no mercado geral, mas lá na Zwift a gente adora. Sucesso absoluto rodando Quarkus na jvm no K8s. Temos colegas que contribuem com código e tudo mais.
