If KState and Okie State had both won that's probably the choice but Okie State lost and KState turbolost, maybe they're both still ranked but they'll take the Michigan audience over that easy.

My guess for how: I think Penn State had already announced this week as night game so Illinois/PSU not an option, and they just did Ohio State, and you'd rather have Michigan than than the team they just beat (USC hosting Wisconsin), and none of the B12 games are worth it (KState vs OkSt both lost)
