Undead navy boarder, when I made a counts-as Necron kill team for KT18 based around the crew of a cursed ghost ship.
The key difference as I understand it from the change between KT18 & KT21 compared to KT21 & KT24 was the introduction of bespoke teams. I think they have driven interest in the game; straight up ditching 30+ teams after two years & giving no avenue in which to play them would be foolish. 19/21
