at some point i realized i was continuing to listen to mbmbam and taz out of habit even though they both made me feel bad for different reasons. and because i was still in contact with them all the time, i felt mad about it.

after watching the 10 recent Distractable episodes went back to the first video episode (using it on my tv so why bother with an audio podcast) and i am blown away podcast audio can be so bad in early 2023 this is the kind of garbage audio MBMBaM and History of Rome had and fixed like 15 years ago

The Chipotle focused intro to MBMBaM is pretty incredible

Went back to the 100s era of mbmbam since I got up to the covid era and I just can't do it. It's pretty amazing how slack the editing is, it's so snappy in the newer episodes
