The gravy bit of biscuits and gravy appears to be white sauce with sausage meat. The biscuits seem to buttermilk scones. But I’m still keen to try it as I seem to always get excited by weird American foods
occasionally depending on whether its truck-stop adjacent there will sometimes be a bin of some suspect meat, but not anything near ubiquity in my experience
