Hurricane Helene knocked @NOAANCEI offline. It should have a fallback facility outside the US (at least for their databases). Not only for events like this, but also for the event that Project 2025 would suddenly be implemented. Risks are underestimated at all levels. www.axios.com/2024/09/30/t...
