and of course everything is complicated and nonviolence is an unrealistic practice etc etc. but on a level of basic principle, it is not acceptable to invade a country or bomb civilians to try and force “terrorists” out of ‘power’ and i feel crazy living in a status quo that says it’s ok

Mosquitos and black widows are the two exceptions to my nonviolence. One of the only pesticides I use is a BT product to put in standing water you can't drain that will infect mosquito larva and nothing else. Wish I could get my neighbors do use it in their gutters....
