Talking with anyone who has lived in Ontario for decades I find people consistently mention how car culture has changed and become nasty brutish and much more dangerous in the last 5 years or so.
I don't know about other locations, but in Ontario, a rabies vaccine is about $25 and lasts 3 years. Why in the ever-loving fuck would you not get your pets vaccinated, even if they're an indoor cat?
