ich halte das weiterhin für viel zu aufwändig umgesetzt mit dem OptOut. Bei dem Verlagsanteilen ist es wenigstens ein OptIn. Ob diese schwammige Formulierungen da so hilfreich sind? Kontrollieren wird man gar nichts, sondern darauf setzen, dass niemand es riskiert, ohne Rights Direct zu arbeiten
