I existed wrong today, and as a result my left wrist hurts unless I hold it perfectly still, but I've been telling myself all day I'll be able to do a full workout later. Surely weights are exempt from this pain, right? Dumbbells won't betray me. This is a condition I call 'virtuous stupidity'.
At the end of the day, all I can do is hope the pain away. Hope that someone out there will hear me and remove me from this never ending stress. This life has been nothing but struggles and I've been ready to be liberated from it all...for years now.
