My favourite weird rating thing is Rumble Roses/Rumble Roses XX, everywhere in the world the game is 18+ but in Europe the PEGI Rating is 12+ lol
Apparently the cover art of a game isn't covered by it's PEGI rating so while you can have a pretty mild game graphically the cover art can be as gruesome as the publisher wants. So you can have a game with an age rating of 3 or 7 but have the cover art dripping with blood and flesh 🤔
