Hey @dtrpg.bsky.social , I know you have a policy about AI art disclosure. So what's the deal with Promethium Books going through and reclassifying their prior books from having the AI disclosure to now "Creation Method Not Chosen By Publisher"? Is that sort of change kosher?
Now aware that the Ys RPG is not only using AI art, but seeing a negative reaction Promethium Books actually changed the DTRPG page from saying it's using AI art to "Creation Method Not Chosen By Publisher." What fucking clowns.
This works especially well for how the language of Gothic is actually rather vague at times allowing the Imperium to control the meaning rather easily. Consider Promethium which accounts for any flammable liquid regardless of composition or use. So Big E invented the Imperial Bolter but not 5/
