i don’t know why i’m being so judgy today i swear i’m not this judgemental on a regular basis it just feels weird! swedish pronunciation is HARD but there’s a difference between learning and like. narrating parts of a video in a language you do not even seem to remotely speak
the upbeat music and the swedish pronunciation in this video i got a recommendation for are causing me pain. like if you’re learning swedish i don’t judge pronunciation or accent too badly but like is she just doing this for this episode to fit the theme of swedes dying?

You can also say (written per ENG pronunciation): MY SCI TUAH [pause] POM PEH ไม่ใส่ถั่ว ผมแพ้ “Don’t put nuts (in it). I’m allergic.” Saying “don’t put [item]” is standard; no one will have any trouble understanding that, and your gut instinct on tone with this isn’t gonna make or break you.

@ylvie.monster nailed it. I don’t have direct experience dealing with tree nut allergies, but I think you’ll find folks here very responsive/eager to be helpful. I would recommend having it in Thai on a note on your phone, tho. It’ll be insurance against fumbling tone or pronunciation in the moment.
Eventually, a durable, accurate pronunciation was reached. We watched and quite enjoyed the movie. Kristofferson was quite good (though Burstyn is, of course, the MVP of that one). Little did we know!
