I know that it isn't abnormal for people to have consistently different readings from one arm to the next but if it's that big a difference, yes, it definitely needs to be checked out.
i have same issue. the heart is on the left side of the body, and exerts more pressure on the left side. i get lower readings on the right. it's just related to the position of the heart
On the upside, it seems that it works even better than the arduino thing I was testing originally on. Humidity is only 5% below readings from outside which is perfect and temp is two degrees above in a similar manner

Anyone else have different arm readings on their BP?? By 10 points or more?? Thats the next thing I need them to answer... Could be damage from how I was grabbed when beaten... Reason I say that; its been like that since my military time... Thats 47 yrs ago... So I say artery damage when grabbed...
