Faberi is one of my other Reliant ( @startrekreliant.bsky.social ) characters and is basically derived from Fawn & Berry to create a kind of alien sounding name. Also not terribly original is her species the Faanan (Fawn + Man) which sounded kind of neat.

OMFG of course the thinks this!! Precipitous hormone drops, possible trauma and injury to one’s body, dramatic physical changes, total lack of sleep, tiny helpless human totally reliant on you for survival (whether bfing or not). Yeah, you definitely want an 8-12 hour work day asap!

My daughter is at university in the UK & I’ve established a slightly Rube Goldberg method for getting money to her, mostly reliant on scheduled reminders to myself to start transactions X days out, but the main thing is I don’t have to talk to anyone to make it happen (except myself I suppose)
Agree entirely. And, having taught nav to kids (and, tbh, how I nav these days) it's amazing how reliant we are on that dot. Proper navigation requires thought and skill
