Really puts the elezen growth spurt into perspective, eh? I also have an old side-by-side of G'raha, Alphinaud, and Haurchefant (Height 75), next to Kara (before I buffed her height from 5'2" to 5'6") and Rhotahr. For more perspective. Yes, G'raha is a little under 5'3". Alphinaud is actual baby.
Her armor hasn't been updated yet (RIP Rinascita Cuirass and Field Commander's Helm), but otherwise Rhotahr came out of the 7.0 changes pretty darn well.
OG Rhotahr was an adorable, gorgeous bean and I was hooked on the game the moment I saw her. I loved her hugeness, the expressive femroe emotes, the aquiline face. I regret deleting her when Kara "took over," but I'm glad I still have a couple of pictures of her.
And hey, behold my OG main, the original version of Rhotahr. She only made it up to 2.4 before Kara (who was originally an alt) took over as my main, then got deleted, then later got remade (with some changes, e.g. new face) as an alt herself.
There are too many combinations to think about all of them, but all in all I think they would get along "fine," some gravitating more in one direction or other. Rhotahr would be cranky about it, but there probably wouldn't be any brawls erupting. +
Maisie is shy and quiet, and would probably vibe well with Jocelyn and Kara, but I think she'd be most interested in talking to Svana, as Svana is the other primarily-a-magic-user in the group. Rhotahr is decent with arcanima, too, but Maisie would be terrified of her. +
Mina would get along with everyone, including Rhotahr. Rhotahr wouldn't get along with anybody, including Mina. Does that make any sense? Don't worry about it. +
