It’s so wholesome! I love PBS shows. Mostly cooking but I like Roadfood, Legacy List, and Finding Your Roots. Sometimes even This Old House! 😅 And The Joy of Painting.

Thar she blows! Honestly, somewhere along the last ten years on the road, I’ve lost my love of burgers or anything fried. Just thinking about it causes an involuntary “blech” response. So this is kind of an obligatory roadfood homework assignment. That said, it’s pretty good. 7/10?

Have you seen his show where he goes to different cities in the US to try food and meet people, Roadfood? Make sure to catch the one about Detroit.

I would simply think about sandwiches in a non-metaphorical sense. [Thanksgiving leftover sandwich on a liiiiightly-toasted ciabatta that's still soft, I think. Maybe with some thin apple slices. *adds ciabatta to Costco list*. Italian grinders on Friday to for roadfood on the way to Mom's?]

The BottFam never take a roadtrip without our Roadfood book now in its 10th Ed. An invaluable asset that we use to triangulate routes and stops. As to their bona fides, a few years ago the CT based Sterns did a barnstorming trip through New England to rate ice cream, Sundae School got 5 cones.
