Rolemaster/MERP had some pretty hefty analyses of “story XP” down to new applications of a skill in adverse circumstances, miles travelled in perilous lands, etc. Whither this really qualifies or is just another mechanical “kill for Points” but without the combat is another debate altogether
About a week when I ordered the Rolemaster Unified Books - though when I ordered an Eberron book it took nearly 3 weeks. I think it's all down to a bit of luck, as postage can be wobbly with dates up here.
XD
It's Roll20, that's very hard to do, as you have to code everything into a single character sheet. They should allow different sheets to be easier to create, then this could be a lot easier. But I do have some love for Rolemaster atm (maybe due to looking into MERP), plus I own all the new books.
If anything would talk me into running Rolemaster again, this might. So long as it also automates parrying and situational modifiers...

A combat wheelchair sounds pretty cool actually. Years ago there was a rolemaster game at a local bookstore. I got to play a paraplegic. Had to do so much research. Got to meet so many cool people. Now they can play online - things like Roll20 didn't exist back then.
There's a fantastic retroclone of MERP/Rolemaster called 'Against the Darkmaster', with a much more organised and streamlined system. It captures everything I love about MERP. I loved it so much I wrote 'Legacy of Blood' for it, and they kindly published it!
