Caveat that if you don't ask for just a schmear, depending on the place they'll put a whole brick of cream cheese on it. Also lots of NYC bagel places have marble rye bagels, which are secretly the best bagel variant.

Day 2 of Drinktober, this is a Pumpkin Old Fashioned, and triple layered. The bottom red layer is grenadine, middle is a homemade fresh pumpkin infusion, and the top is house whiskey with cherry bitters. The house whiskey is from my infinity bottle that contains mostly Rye, Scotch and some bourbon.
