There were 3 other SUVs parked in inappropriate buy much less dangerously spread out across the intersection. One in front of a dumpster, and a couple in the bus stop. It’s very hard to find parking in this parking lot. 🎻
Yah I’m not sure how we fix that. We build this reality over a century. People get so angry about carbrain which on the one hand is fair cause it’s toxic—literally. But you know cars (not SUVs/monster trucks) are huge economic engines because of how we’ve built the world.
Reminiscent of our Translink officers who just love to park their patrol SUVs framing both sides of the bike lane entrance at a major station locally, so you can't see oncoming, and oncoming can't see you, until they're practically on you. With parking maybe 15 meters off.
