Howard Waldrop, my favorite SFF author, died last week. Got myself a little present to remember him by. You can read his most famous story here, the dude never had any money during his life but I suppose piracy can't hurt the dead. Trust me, it's worth your time. www.lexal.net/scifi/scific...
Once upon a time, I thought I might be one a scific writer and didn't read too much for worry of unconsciously plagiarize. Alas, writing is hard work, I am lazy, and now unemployed, catching up on reading. Mostly 21st Century stuff.
Would be nice to read your scific as an Overdrive/Libby ebook. I know you don't make any money, but then I've none to spare. (Currently reading Pushing Ice which is as long as all of the Expanse books or Scalzi's Old Man War series rolled into one (two) books.
