Sieht man von der Panik und der Frust ab, wenn man damals den Sourcecode aus einem via Fax oder Plotter vorliegenden Ausdruck in einem schlichten Editor abtippern musste. Der weder Maus noch Codevalidation hatte. Und irgendwo in Zeile 3657, Spalte 43, war bei einem Pointer ein Zeichen falsch...
The main ones I remember were sourcecode repositories that we'd carefully replicated elsewhere, and mail archives almost all of which never ever change. I'm guessing I stopped noticing through a combination of robot ETag support and well-tuned block rules.
