Made Wylie Dufresne's microwave pommes aligot tonight and had em alongside a couple of steamies and let me tell you I am in HEAVEN. (took about 2 minutes total microwaving in 20s increments, I used half curds because I wanted to use em up). #foodbaggery#EDIT
