Yeah, we get at least one thunderstorm a summer that drops hail. It's not always large hail or a lengthy storm, but it there have been crews out doing lots of free inspections the last two summers.

Merci vilmal for the reminder. Spent 2 summers near Basel. I remember 'Gruezi wohl' as a greeting. And Hardöpfel, pl Hardöpfeli, for potato. It was a farm, and 'Spack und Bohnen' was my least favourite meal, great thick slices of very fatty 'Speck'.

Before I owned property, I had a pirates’ attitude toward storms, which usually made me work anyway. so fuck it let’s see what happens. Then I got a house,a baby & Hurricane Andrew. Today, I’d rather face the incalculable (greater than zero) earthquake risk here, than anymore anxious FL summers.

‘In Wonderland they lie, Dreaming as the days go by, Dreaming as the summers die…’ Such sadness there, Charlie boy. Such sadness.

So basically

Still from the 1986 movie Aliens, with Ellen Ripley preparing for battle against the Xenomorph Queen. She wears a simple shirt and jeans, and stands and wears the external P–5000 Powered Work Loader mechanised exoskeleton. Its clamp prongs on her arms are menacing out to the viewer.
Art of the Risk of Rain character Loader, a woman wearing a mechanised exoskeleton featuring control rods worn in the hands, a brace around the chest, and two massive mechanical arms that look about as big as her legs and a bit of torso are. She wears a body-suit and heavy work boots, and her face is obscured by a form-fitting, illuminated oxygen mask.

She stands in a grassy field among ruins, offering the viewer a thumbs-up. Her mechanical arms hang limply from her exosuit's shoulders.

"Charging CGT on people who leave the
UK is not about punishing them for leaving," said Andy Summers, director of CenTax and associate professor at the London School of Economics. "It's simply saying, 'You need to pay your bill on the way out? Most of the UK's international peers already do this, and there is no reason why the UK couldn't, as well."
Other countries that charge capital gains tax on emigrants include Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Japan, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, South Africa, Spain, Sweden. Within the Group of Seven, Italy is the only other country that doesn’t
