Vestas Wind Systems A/S announced more wind turbine orders than any other manufacturer in the second quarter, securing 2,901 megawatts of deals, according to data collected by BloombergNEF. India's Suzlon Energy Ltd. ranked second. Overall, turbine makers disclosed 5,761 megawatts of orders in the period, 38% less than a year earlier. Most agreements were for onshore capacity.
