I really want tacos.. but tacos aren’t going to help me trim my belly fat.. but they will provide me a brief happiness I otherwise would not have by eating a salad.. what do :(

Because it's Monday and I need something to look forward to, Mondays are chest days. Also today for lunch I ate 2 smoked trout filet tacos. 2 smoked trout filets = 400 calories, and 56 grams of protein! That's a fantastic protein to calorie ratio
