I had that occasionally when I was travelling. Also, if you wake me from really deep sleep, I need a moment or two to figure myself out. When I fainted and hit my head falling, it was really bad. Took me some time to figure out WHEN I was, never mind the where.

I am travelling to Leeds from King’s Cross today and ahhhh so much nicer. My wife says the new departure boards at Euston give her migraines - too bright I think. The old orange LED ones are much nicer (although possibly less accessible).
Despite my ADHD brain, travelling is one of those things I tend to be ~most organised about (if we don't talk about packing at 2am the night before departure). But I MUST have a breakfast item, and I always, ALWAYS have protein bars in each and every bag. Plus real tea bags in main luggage, lol
