Two highlights: having "the call" always on a Monday, and issuing a safeguarding letter and re-inspecting in 3 months instead of grading "Inadequate" if a school is "Good" in all other areas. These will greatly reduce the stress of the inspection. 2/2 #Ofsted#UKEd#UKTeachers
