Mozambique has an AK-47 on their flag. Need I say more? South Africa is a very impressive design considering vexillography. But that's nations. Colorado has the best flag of all time. New Mexico and Chicago gain honorable mentions.
as a sometimes enthusiast of vexillography, I also wanna point out that under Gov. Walz's watch, Minnesota got an upgrade to what is IMO one of the best state flags in the Union
