Mod on 3 exercises due to my knee this morning. Everything else completed. It was a Move at your own pace and try to complete all rounds at all stations in 30 min. #push4progress#wehackhealth
No Jumping or Running still so bike 15 calories instead of jump rope and 15 more instead of shuttle runs. Still get the cardio going. As many times through each station for 6:30. Made it 2-3 times each. Knee is workout sore only. #push4progress#wehackhealth

So obviously while my collarbone was broken we have not been hacking health. But now, we have doc sign off, we can make a start. First step: Get this belly weight off and build muscle back starting with < 1kg weights. Let's go #wehackhealth
