I initially disagreed that handhelds = iOS. PSP&DS are very different from smartphones, so a portable console(dedicated to gaming, quite expensive!) being successful, especially in 00s, has nothing to do with iOS market. iOS market overlooked because it's neoliberal hell, every dev is whale hunter.

It's the city from the Biblical story of Jonah and the whale, and is much, MUCH bigger than a neighborhood. It's probably best to describe it as "immediately south of Tel Aviv" rather than to use a word that is actually inaccurate or trying to parse the history.
