Your winterblessed diana is actually the PEAK of any skin, the VFX is what really made me decide on getting it or not and I still don't regret it.
now that I actually feel safe posting my wips again, here's an art style study I am doing the original is the splash art for the winterblessed diana skin from league of legends. I've allowed myself to colour pick as much as I want, but I have to sketch out all the proportions myself.
I think it could still be a unique skin like the corporate Mundo used to be, maybe ascended Viktor or void corrupted Viktor but I personally think Viktor as a villain in winterblessed would be very cool
