I’m wondering if I could get away with half a Xyzal

I use it every 12 hours when fall pollen (ragweed) and stuff get's really bad. Xyzal seems to be one of the sleepier allergy meds, I avoid those at all costs.

Xyzal has been game changing for me. Symptoms aren’t gone but they are no longer controlling me.

Xyzal and Flonase

Experimenting with salicylic body wash for reasons I don’t like to share. Need to remember to take some xyzal beforehand. Seems to leave me itchy after in an allergic not inflamed way.

Ug, I feel for ya. I've been spared that, luckily, but my wife has dealt w/ a crazy number of sinus infections. She's been much better of late. Throws all kinds of stuff at the sinus, lives on Xyzal, and then uses a few others when that's not enough.

I highly recommend using Xyzal. It is less sedating than many other allergy meds. I didn't think mine was sedating until I switched! It is more expensive than most. My allergist had me rinsing my sinuses with double saline and xylitol. Strangely, the xylitol kills germs in your nose and sinuses!

It’s crazy how these types of meds affect ppl so differently. Zyrtec doesn’t help my allergies or make me sleepy. I tried Xyzal and it made it impossible to stay awake, and I experienced strange amounts of rage/irritability. Went away as soon as I stopped taking it 👀
