Wow that’s very nice. Your orchid is in the Zygopetalum genus. I think most of the plants in the genus are fragrant. You’re lucky !!
I got this fragrant Zygopetalum as a rehab a few years ago before I really knew how to care for orchids. I had it in perlite and bark and it grew and bloomed for me two years and then got root rot. 2024 was the first rebloom after the rot, and this is the second bloom this year - a double- stem! 🌱

It has at the moment 14 flower spikes and an incredible scent of hyacinth, pepper and some sweet honey notes, from 1 o'clock to 5 it gets so strong it gives a headache after a few minutes.It's over a meter tall and has more than 60 pseudobulbs, it is hard to believe how big it is even when looking at it 🤩by ArneB0405
