#academicmum will morgen sehr früh auf eine Tagung fahren. Nun sitzt sie bei K1 am Bett. Das hat Schüttelfrost und Übelkeit. 😟

Mal wieder #academicmum am Limit. Ostermontag soll ich meinen Aufsatz abgeben. Ich habe es nicht geschafft ihn vor Ende Februar anzufangen. Hab mir die Woche extra Urlaub genommen zum Schreiben (ja, ich weiß) und nun hat K2 Magen(-Darm). 😭

The advantage of being a commuting #academicmum#wholesomefood for academic mums.

Taken from real life: mourning period for the #academicmum, the = time after losing a beloved person, when you care for your family and colleagues advise you to "take time" and you work nights and weekends to get exams marked + lectures prepared, which got left behind while you necessarily focused.

You know you're an #AcademicMum when your toddler highjacks your laptop, starts typing random letters, and saying: "This is MY grant proposal!"
