I'm glad that this is being pointed out but simultaneously we live in a world where many who are stars get invited to anthos and never say oh cool, who else is on the TOC? I know so many women and non binary people who make space for others or turn invites down. But get yours bros! PERIODS!

The only way this will change is if authors start refusing to appear in anthos without a minimum level of diversity in the TOC.
It's good timing for it! Don't get me wrong, I am all about writers getting paid, and despise those predatory mags and anthos that are like mushrooms all over the submission field popping up and profiting by selling work they don't pay for. This is between friends, so it's cool.
