I would say arakkoa, at least in alternate Draenor, control a somewhat equal swath of territory compared to mantid. but remember that the Mantid Empire is one of three sister kingdoms with Ahn'Qiraj and Azjol-Nerub... mess with one, you mess with all three~

Mantid command an impressive territory and are hardly a kingdom to be trifled with. But they're not quite as strong or wide-spread as, say, Arakkoa. Which just makes it all the more humiliating when some random guard is strolling about with one cooking alive inside his boot like it belonged there.

Sort of, WoW has Harpies but it also has Arakkoa which are kinda similar to the Rito.
