There might also be a better way to handle areolas with simple shapes (torus or half sphere), but my attempts at that looked goofy and fake, or clipped weirdly, and the larger the areola, the worse the non-decal ones seem to look. I'll have to check out the sport water bottle.
I used resized Sphere Earrings for the nipples (need to sub for kitbashing). The areola is a Single Drop Splatter decal. You can only place one of those, so if you want a second areola, you need to add it as a projected decal—which you unfortunately need to reposition every time you change pose.
