No, I used to live in East London which has a population with a lot of people of Bangladeshi heritage and I ate in local restaurants and cafes, but I have never had masala tea. I have made a masala omelette, so have read up on those.

“The Oct. 12 article in which Ambassador Yao Wen met with Bangladeshi school movement leaders to praise them has been taken down from the embassy's public website.” x.com/whyyoutouzhe... Wow! I am sorry, Yao. You were thoughtless. 2/2

So I was just chatting with a Bangladeshi taxi driver in Sydney who said climate change is bullshit. Bangladesh will not be flooded. New soil will wash down from Bengal and India generally and Bangladesh will have more land! I didn't know where to start.

since they've now exterminated a greater proportion of the palestinian population than in the bosian, bangladeshi, rohingya, and various other genocides, it is important to remember that every single person who trots out this "REAL genocide" line is actively denying those genocides happened

There is something new and or unknown to discover in this world every day. A Bangladeshi song of #appreciation comes to my mind: "Duniya sundor - The World is beautiful. Manush sundor - People are beautiful. Atman sundor - The Transcendent is beautiful. Jormin sundor - The Earth is beautiful ."

Novera Ahmed (1939–2015) was a modern sculptor from Bangladesh. During 1956–1960, she had done about 100 sculptures in Dhaka, 33 of them currently live in the Bangladesh National Museum. This is her first open-air sculpture, Cow with Two Figures, from 1958.

A black and white photograph of a young Bangladeshi woman, Novera Ahmed, with long hair, wearing a bindi on her forehead. She is gazing off to the side, wearing a long beaded necklace. She has a nice eyeliner cat eye look.
A minimalist marble sculpture titled "Cow with Two Figures" created by Novera Ahmed in 1958. The abstract shapes a cow with two humanoid shapes interacting with her. The sculpture has smooth, curved lines and round cut-out holes, blending them together. It is set outdoors with lush greenery in the background.
