I am allergic to down. I always forget to request non-down bedding at hotels until the next morning when I wake up with a stuffy nose and sore throat from sleeping on down all night. I don’t even understand why they still use it.
Yesterday, I safety-pinned the duvet inside the cover to stop it from migrating over to spouse's side leaving me with a zero-tog cover-only bedding facade. Result! Even cover all night. Top quality sleep. Vivid dreams in which former colleagues were being generous to me. All for some pins.
