Jaheira from Baldur's Gate 1 with the interesting caveat that the superior BG2 makes her a great character with a huge story arc. She's too useful not to have in your party but so so bland in BG1.

I love them. They are from 98 and 2000 respectively. BG2 is one of the best crpgs I have experienced. BG1 is kinda rough since it is low level stuff, and you do not have that many options for most of the game. But they can be made into one continuous experience.
