Jack-in-the-Pulpit Vase by Quezal Art Glass and Decorating Company. American, circa 1900-1920. Blown glass. Cleveland Museum of Art #art#vase#glass#blownglass#glassblowing

This is a photo of a blown glass vase shaped like a jack-in-the-pulpit. The base of the vase looks like the bottom of a squashed teardrop and has gold stylized leaf pattern on light emerald colored glass. The neck is the same green and is very narrow. The top is an open circular flower significantly wider than the base. The rear of the flower is lifted up, and the front is angled down. The open flower is metallic in appearance and is in shades of gold, peach, orange, and pink.
