A surprised critter, a strutting figure with a flattened head, another figure strutting, a tiny old dog looking like an Animal Crossing character, some long shouted critter I gave up on, a confused and dissatisfied werewolf

Guess I’ll inadvertently do inktober if i keep up my #breakroomsketch posts

Pencil sketches. More ideas/brainstorming for my fursona(!!) Fungus. They are a short and stout rodent-like critter with a mushroom cap head with large eyes and a face/muzzle hidden in shadow. This aspect of Fungus is the ‘fruiting body’. A few other sketches around the bottom left is the ‘mycelium’ of Fungus: a critter who is more human-figure like (but can also be amorphous) made up of spaghetti-like strands. Words that I wrote too fast on the right side of the page: “Fungus is many things. The fruiting body is the visible [and curious] and the mycelium is timid and hides under the earth. They are one/whole”. Fungus is still a work in progress.
