Home from the Cardiff Half Marathon. Official time: 1:44:40. My second fastest Cardiff, and third fastest half. Just 2 minutes 56 outside my PB time. But, I don’t know how to describe it. I felt really relaxed at the start. Limited adrenaline. First 10k was super comfortable: 5k in 22 mins
