Rhoswen looks down at Sybil who is (theoretically) impaled through the heart on her fire poker (represented with a golden and glowing phantom heart). A tendril of fire twists from the phantom heart up and around the hand holding the poker and fire-y liquid drips down the pointed end that "pierced" her. Sybil's other hand is held up and intertwined with Rhoswen's own and the glowing lantern pendant dangling from their joined hands. The lyrics "My Lady of Mercy, strike me, pierce me straight through the heart" are written in descending order downwards

Two pairs of fire-y wings are protrude off of her with eyes hidden in the flame and the smaller pair peaks out of the card's golden flame.
Central to the piece is a young woman with silver hair, a slightly transparent red broken halo, and three pairs of black wings that have various red eyes with white pupils- two pairs of her front most wings reach outside of the card's molten silver frame. She reaches towards a bloodstained crescent moon. There is an eye in the negative space of the crescent and a beam of light from the moon & eye covering only half of her body and wings. Where the moonlight touches her skin it turns somewhat transparent revealing the bones underneath.
