They have all the CCI books (central UP and northern MN) which are def good for mining history, I spent a long time with the microfiche.
“Offensive defense” has always been the critical organizing principal when I think about how to exploit CI-related collection (be it framed as CI, CCNE, or CCI). To me it’s all a matter of perspective, especially since offense/defense are really flexible terms depending on the immediate objective.

I'm so sorry. That sucks. There's too much need and not enough help. On the bright side, I spoke to a UK neurosurgeon who wants to learn more about CCI & tethered cord in ME...he teaches, so possible impact of a bit of advocacy there could be meaningful...but I don't know where to start!
