And to clarify further, The Return series by Harebrained Schemes was licensed out by Microsoft, so that's why it's based on the FASA version of Shadowrun with wires and terminals and not the CGL with the wireless Matrix and Technomancers.
Yeah. Microsoft has the license from buying FASA Interactive in the 90s, and made the fps team shooter simply titled Shadowrun for Xbox. This only applies to electronic gaming and the FASA version of Shadowrun. Anything current would be all CGL, but people REALLY like the first three editions more.
