Curse of the Azure BondsCurse of the Azure Bonds

A "Gold Box" computer program, labelled "Official Advanced Dungeons & Dragons Computer Product: Curse of the Azure Bonds: A Forgotten Realms Fantasy Role-Playing Epic, Vol. II" In the inset image, a chainmail-and-cape equipped soldiar, Alias, rests a long sword on her shoulderpads. Behind her, a mace-equipped lizardman, Dragonbait, stands at the ready. Behind them, the Wizard's Tower, one of the villainous locations they will encounter. At bottom, the logos of TSR (in letters designed to look like an overhead dungeon map drawn on graph paper) and Strategic Simulations Inc (with the large letter Ss made of opposing arrowheads) appears at the bottom.

Thank you for the art share! And holy shit! 2k! You terrible legend you. I’m using your coffee brewing as a prompt. Two illustration featuring coffee, one that that needs a coffee and one that’s had too much.

Two young men are sitting in blankets in the back of a compact van, drinking coffee in the new morning of a forest. In the van behind them can be seen camping bags, tins of beans, a kettle and a pot of coffee.
One of the young men is grumpy as fuck. The other is perfectly content and maybe even a little amused.
They’re both wearing novelty socks, the grumpy one wearing socks that feature pancakes, the content one wearing sock that feature watermelon slices.
These socks were purchased for them by their truly terrifying werewolf boss who they now wait for.
A bay centaur gleefully galloping across a flowery meadow under a blue sky. His arms are wide and his mouth is open is a joyous cry to the vast open plains. On his back a squire hugs the centaurs waist and is holding on for dear life. The squire wears a small bit of chainmail over his shoulders, a blue cowl with the hood down, a cape, a red and blue surcoat over a pale grey thinny padded gambeson, trousers and boots. He is not a good rider. He is scared of horses and knows you should never ride centaurs regardless of what the centaur says. But there is no arguing with Rowan and absolutely no stopping him when he’s like this.
Humorous painting seen in the reflection of a puddle from the point of view of a young man named Theo, who is being wrenched from said puddle, by the legs, into the air by a grey giant wearing a fluoro safety vest. A sandal has flung from one of the Theo feet and his pink hoodie and grey shirt have fallen towards his shoulders, exposing his midriff. His fingers drag through the silvery water of the puddle as he desperately tries to keep himself on the ground.
A sketch of a cunning, sinister looking woman, with a mane of wild black hair, & black & grey tattoos, from the neck down, in a style similar to 80’s punk rock and classic rock album art. Among the more note worthy tattoos r:
An illustration of her ribs over her ribs, off the bottom of which hang some headphones and a cassette player.
A fighting cockatrice on her belly.
A illustration of her heart over her heart that is being bit into with the words ‘Îti iei inima în dinti’ scribed onto her ribs above it.
The words ‘All the better to smell you with’ across her collarbone (she has a very distinct roman nose).
& a merman masturbating on her bicep.
She’s wearing only a pair of jeans, a pair of dark shades & a pair of leather wrist guards. One hand is in her pocket, the other is drinking a coffee to go with the words ‘Good Fucking Morning’ on it. She’s grinning darkly at the viewer with huge canine teeth before she takes a sip. Across the middle of the picture is her name. Sloan.

I haven't done it in a long time but I used to make chainmail jewelry (bracelets and necklaces and the like) and it felt a lot like this

I *like* fan service! I think sexy characters are great! And if you want to put your characters in chainmail bikinis just because I'm not gonna stop you. There's room for all sorts of games, I just acknowledge some aren't for me (I wish everyone could do that)

They're missing some very vital components of how to human. If you look at any examples of astonishing survival under impossible conditions throughout history or currently, what you see is people banding together, forming a chainmail or resilience.

3D printers are a bit overhyped but it'd probably singlehandedly revive game shops for things like warhammer or chainmail if it was freely available to customers.

Joe Brandon Doesn't Want People To Know that a lot of 1980's Chainmail Bikini Sword fantasy unintentionally or otherwise had traces of Gor in its DNA. Gor is a pastiche of Burroughs's John Carter stories, though, so ymmv.

Reminds me of a very good, pulpy 1980's Sword/Chainmail Bikini/Sandal epic I once read where the Big Bad is discursing with the Heroine, and he says something like "You humans were truly born to be slaves."
