I mostly like to stick to the MSQ but a few large changes are: 1. Severia skips out on Alphinaud and all that Crystal Braves shit. She's not interested. 2. Arranges for Cirina to claim the ovoo. Doesn't want to be khagan. 2. No fight with Zenos at the end of Endwalker. I hate it.
The absolute biggest change is that, because the Exarch was Calling those closest to Myriana, he snags Sadu after the Scions. So Sadu not only gets to be involved in the events of Shadowbringers, but it cascades into a number of other interactions and realizations for those close to Myriana.
